Advanced Medical Equipment
Office Manager - Full Time - Day
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day functions in collaboration with the General Manager. Supervise, direct and coordinate activities regarding purchasing and distributing materials, equipment and supplies. Manage, plan, and coordinate procurement, distribution and servicing of medical equipment. Supervise and coordinate activities with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing and shipping of materials, supplies, tools and equipment in storage area. Prepare information for the insurance billing process. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys. Engage with clients and their families to better understand their needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in materials management or durable medical equipment strongly preferred
- Must be detailed oriented, have excellent customer service and communications skills
- Proficient with common office software and computer management tools
- Must have proven track record of reliability
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
General Manager - Full Time - Day
Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day functions of AME. Supervises, directs and coordinates activities regarding purchasing and distributing materials, equipment and supplies. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow. Prepares information for the insurance billing process. Tracks equipment inventory. Oversees and takes on-call responsibilities. Engages with clients and their families to better understand their needs. Directs marketing for products and services.
Minimum Requirements:
- Some college, Associate degree or higher in business or related field is preferred
- Experience in materials management or durable medical equipment strongly preferred
- 3+ years of management experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with common office software and computer management tools
- Must have proven track record of reliability
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
